Note that some items cannot be returned such as books, CDs and electronic resources unless you were delivered a wrong item. You will have to notify us by email on support@raymondeducation.com and return the item in its original packaging. Please ship your item back to us using a registered courier service. We will endeavour to send you the replacement or refund your payment. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
