The TotBot’s body is made from a two piece bolt, on which young learners can add up to five colourful nuts to complete their toy robot. Nuts come in five different colours, each featuring a different number and shape. The included plastic, toy wrench can be used to tighten the nuts while also developing fine motor skills. We accept returns within 7 days from your delivery date on condition that the packaging is not opened. Note that some items cannot be returned such as books, CDs and electronic resources unless you were delivered a wrong item. You will have to notify us by email on support@raymondeducation.com and return the item in its original packaging. Please ship your item back to us using a registered courier service. We will endeavour to send you the replacement or refund your payment. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
